Journaling with Ar’Shundra

I am Ar’Shundra Hampton. I was born in Montgomery Alabama. I have been journaling since I was a little girl. I love the freedom I feel when releasing my thoughts and feelings out on paper. It is my prayer that you too find freedom, healing, growth, and peace as you release. Each journal cover has a meaning and story behind it. They were all during different seasons in my life. I pray you find comfort as you write and continue to journey through life as well. I enjoy hiking, traveling, and watching sports.
